Born and bred in Portugal, I’ve loved painting since I can remember.

After graduating as a teacher I taught art for some years in primary schools and kindergarten – where I really enjoyed being involved in artistic, musical and dramatic activities.

I came to Scotland in 2016, working as a care assistant while studying Architecture and Interior Design in Edinburgh college, then moving on to graduate in Architectural Technology. However, it is in painting that I find my safe haven, and normally I get moved by moments and feelings, letting my creative mind taking over.

Now, having lived in Edinburgh for years, my work has blossomed exploring Scotland’s beautiful lands and its many mysterious figures…
